All orders will be shipped and insured via United Parcel Service or by Federal Express. Wynbrier Ltd – Wildlife Gallery takes great pride in processing your order in a timely fashion. You will be notified via E-mail or by Personal phone call as to the expected shipping date of your order.
Purchases may be paid for using:

  • VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISCOVER on our secure web site
  • PERSONAL CHECK – Merchandise will be sent when check clears the bank
  • MONEY ORDER – Merchandise will be sent when money order is received

Orders for items to be sent out side the continental United States will have appropriate shipping charges added to your order to cover these shipping costs. You can request your preferred method of shipping, i.e., United Parcel Service Air, Federal Express Air, or United States Post Office Air. You will be advised of these additional shipping charges prior to your order being charged to your credit card. We do not ship animal taxidermy mounts or any animal byproducts (antler items) out of country.
We try to keep our website up to date, but when we are extremely busy, we may be out of stock on an item you ordered. You will be notified as soon as possible by E-mail or by telephone if this happens.

Some of our items will be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer if we feel this is a more expedient way of expediting your order. You will be notified if an item you ordered will be drop shipped from the manufacturer.

  • Must be accompanied by copy of original receipt and completed within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • 5% restock fee will be applied to all returns unless due to defect.
  • No returns accepted on “sale” or “special order” items.
